Nissan Qashqai

The previous Qashqai was basically the European version of the Rogue. With its own design.

Now the new X-Trail is the European version of the new 2014 Rogue.

So the new Qashqai is its own thing. Again, for Europe only.

I thought at first it was just going to be a shorter X-Trail/Rogue. But it looks like it does have its own design. Even though the 2 are very, very close.

And of course, the Qashqai is smaller, seating only 5. So better suited for the European market.

Ford Ka

Sure they still call this a "concept". But this is it: the 3rd generation Ka.

A sorry sight indeed.

Back in 1996 when the 1st generation cmd out in Europe, the Ka was a super original design.

Something that was really standing out. That 1st design lasted 12 years!

The second generation came out in 2008 and was much less fun .

It now had to fit better with other Ford designs.

But this next one pictured above is just sad. They are now saying the Euro and Brazilian model will merge. So it has to be super cheap. And it looks like it.

Sure, now it will have 4 doors. But except from the grille, it looks like anything, from anywhere.
Japanese, Korean, Chinese? It doesn't look European at all.

This is the current model. Still much nicer than the next one. Like a mini Fiesta.

The original design, the one that lasted 12 years (Pictured here in its last year)

Subaru Legacy

Sure, not bad. Another nice looking midsize car for the US. We have so many now.
(Plus that front end is already the new Hyundai grille)

But wait, this is NOT the next Legacy. The real thing will be nothing like this!
They pulled that trick before. They always come out with very nice looking concept and translate them into the most horrible production designs.

Just like the WRX concept from last year. Very nice looking . But from what we've seen so far, the production model looks like crap compared to this.

Remember that one? The Impreza concept. And look at the production version right under it.

I'm afraid it will be the same with today's Legacy concept.

Subaru WRX

New for the rear view.

As bad as from the front.

There is just no excuse for this, especially after showing us the connect pictured bellow a year ago.

Mini Cooper/Cooper S

I think it looks great. They did not screw it up.

Sure, the proportions are a little different. (Longer hood especially), but it is still obviously a Mini, which is great.

Even inside. The window switch have moved to the doors, but they have already done that on other models.

All new engines. A 3 cylinder with 134HP for the Cooper, and a 2.0 Liter with 192. Moth with Turbo.
6 speed manual and auto are available.

Toyota Premi Aqua

I guess this is their idea of what a luxury version of the Prius C could look like.
Kind of weird... With a Lexus like front end.

Subaru Levorg Concept

This does look really close to production.

This is NOT the large wagon that would replace the Tribeca in the US.

Since it is between the Impreza and the Legacy in size, and seats only 5.

But it does look pretty nice, for a Subaru.

Engines will include a new 1.6 Liter Turbo with 168HP and a larger 2.0 Liter with 296HP!

Lexus RC

Just a few more pictures of the all new Lexus Coupe. Available as a Hybrid or 3.5 Liter V6.
(We probably won't be getting the Hybrid version in the US...)

Ford Edge Concept

Just like last year's Lincoln MKC, this is a concept in name only.

This is pretty much the next Edge, and it looks really good.

And for the 1st time, it will be sold in Europe as well.

Honda Vezel

This is the production version of what we saw last year under the "Urban SUV" name.

It is based on the new Fit, and will be smaller and cheaper than the CR-V.

I guess that alone means they will sell tons. The CR-V is super popular.
